Step1

Trader submits formal request letter and supporting documents to the Ministry of Commerce and Industries.

Step2

Ministry of Commerce and Industries reviews the documents submitted.

Step3

If approves, issues an invoice to the applicant

Step4

Applicant makes the payment

Trader can choose either of the two payment options;

a) Use EVC-Plus - cashless and instant. Proof of payment is an SMS

b) Visit a commercial bank and pay into the MoF account- Commercial bank issues trader with signed and stamped deposit slip

Step5

Applicant submits the two receipts (manual and automated) together with the supporting documents to Ministry of Commerce and Industries.

Step6

Ministry of Commerce and Industries review the documents submitted

Step7

If approves, Issue the Registeration Certificate ( This will allow the Company to operate in Somalia, in the area of export and import  Provision of servises and goods   and or others as indicated in the interest of the company as well as detailed in their profile which the ministry agreed)
